1. Book your trip online at travelplanet.pl, or by phone 71 769 56 98.
  2. Inform your consultant that you will pay for your trip with MyBenefit points and specify the amount of payment.
  3. Points can only be used for reservations made by phone or online. It is not possible to pay for reservations in Travelplanet offices!
  4. Log in to the MyBenefit Cafeteria, choose the Turism tab then Foreign, and then Travelplanet.pl.
  5. Fill in the form: enter the destination (name of the hotel or town); enter the booking number received from the Travelplanet consultant, e.g. T25 00 123; enter the email address of the Travelplanet consultant; enter the date of departure (date of departure and return); enter the total cost of the trip; enter the phone number or e-mail address.
  6. Pay for your order. In the payment sources, in the "Allocate" field - with the appropriate points bank, enter the number of points you would like to use to pay for the trip. You can also pay the missing amount from your own bank account using online payment. If you do not want to pay from your own bank account, the field "Own payment – pay by card or e-transfer" must be left blank.
  7. Make the transaction by selecting the "Pay" button.
  8. The correct payment will be in the status "Paid".
  9. In case of unsuccessful (suspended) payment from own bank account, if the transfer was not executed correctly, the transaction will be automatically cancelled within one hour. After the cancellation, the payment must be repeated.
