First, read the information on the use of the benefit available on your account in the Execution to date tab> details.

Tickets for some events are sent by e-mail, while others can be picked up at the box office on the day of the event.

If it is stated that the ticket will be sent to the e-mail address, the dispatch will take place after the date of closing the sale of the event in the MyBenefit system (we always indicate this date on the product) up to a maximum of 3 days before the event.

Remember that we work from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 16.00. Report early so that we have time to react.
